With KariKari you can make any dish more flavorful and complex. Think of it as the ultimate finishing move—it’s the perfect topping on everything! Some of our favs are grilled meats, roasted veggies, fried eggs, fresh salads, warm rice, noodles, and even vanilla ice cream!

what are the ingredients in karikari?

Non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, peanut, garlic, dried chili pepper, cane sugar, shallot, sesame oil, fermented soybean (soybean, salt), sichuan peppercorn, spices, mushroom seasoning (mushroom powder, salt, mushroom extract, vitamin B, calcium) sea salt, gluten-free tamari powder (soybean, salt, cane sugar, non-gmo maltodextrin)

What are the top allergens in KariKari? 

The top allergens are peanuts and soy. 

Is KariKari vegan?

Yes KariKari is vegan—there are no animal products in KariKari.

Does karikari contain MSG? 

We do not add Monosodium glutamate (MSG) to KariKari.

Should I refrigerate karikari?

Yes, refrigerating KariKari after opening will extend the life of the product.

However, if you’re unsatisfied or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@eatkarikari.com within 7 days. We’ll give you your money back or send a replacement at no extra charge.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re only able to offer US shipping at the moment, but we’re working on expanding our options soon!

 

Where is my order?

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping as we are in/coming out from a global pandemic. We are super small team and everything is packed by hand by us. We work around the clock to get out everything as timely as possible.

You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided in that email!

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. Once the packages leaves out warehouse it is out of our hands, and we are at the mercy of the post office.

HOW DO I DELAY MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you need to pause or delay your monthly KariKari subscription, please send us a request on our contact page. Simply let us know you’d like to pause your subscription and when you’d like your monthly orders to resume, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

HOW DO I SKIP AN ORDER in my subscription?

If you need to skip a recurring KariKari order, please send us a request on our contact page. We’ll make sure your upcoming order doesn’t ship, and your subscription will automatically renew the following month.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We’re pretty sure you’ll love the convenience of having KariKari shipped straight to your door each month, but if for any reason you’d like to cancel your KariKari subscription, you can do this from your customer account. To cancel your subscription, log in to your customer account at the top of the page and select “Cancel Subscription.” Please note—cancelling your subscription does not cancel your most recent order.

CAN I USE PAYPAL OR APPLE PAY TO PAY FOR MY KARIKARI SUBSCRIPTION?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept PayPal or Apple Pay for subscriptions.
